Assessments can be powerful tools for leaders to understand their own leadership strengths and blind spots.
The Leadership Circle Profile is a 360-degree assessment tool that connects a well-researched battery of leadership competencies with underlying and motivating internal assumptions that drive behavior. It measures two crucial leadership domains – Creative Competencies and Reactive Tendencies – and integrates information in a way that allows leadership strengths and development opportunities to emerge.
The Leadership Circle Profile Collective Leadership Assessment (CLA) delivers a powerful “litmus” test of collective leadership effectiveness for teams or the organization and it is used to gather information on how the team works with each other. Used for your entire organization, or just a leadership team, the CLA is a robust view of where employees view current collective leadership effectiveness compared to the desired collective effectiveness.
The DiSC Assessment is a personality assessment used to understand one’s communication and work style to improve team dynamics. DiSC will take the participant 20 minutes to fill out and once completed Caroline will debrief the results individually with the participants so they can better understand their communication and how they can improve communication within their team.
Assessments are not a “diagnosis” or a judgment of any sort on the way you work or live. Caroline uses them as an invitation for her clients to pause, learn, and reflect on how they are showing up in leadership spaces and decide the area they want to improve. All assessments will be accompanied by a minimum of three coaching sessions to debrief results and create a development plan. Please reach out for more information on each tool and other tools Caroline may recommend for your leadership development.
